Joey Beltram '91 - event unknown

I've got a Joey Beltram tape that I bought from a shop back in late 91, although it was a copy so i don't know the event. Pretty sure there is some mention of the Eclipse from the MC on the tape, so it's probably from one of those events in 91. I don't see Joey Beltram listed under any of the Eclipse tape releases though.
