Unknown DJ Rap dub plate from 1995. Clips inside.

Can anyone please help me ID this DJ Rap dub plate. It sounds so familiar, not sure if it's released or not. The plate has Roni Size's Box Of Tricks on the flip, so it must be from around 1995.
