It's a set that moves through the years from old 1990/91 tracks through to 1993. No idea if it's actually a Kenny Ken set or not as there are no MC's. It's listed on discogs as a Massive Toonz tape - https://www.discogs.com/release/18235222-Kenny-Ken-Kenny-Ken There's no reference to Massive Toonz on the tape itself but the image comes from the same trading card set as other Massive Toonz inlay images, so it's possible.
