Guest sch_pr Posted August 30, 2005 Report Posted August 30, 2005 another mispress on test (or should i say mis-repress) my copy of test003 have : A : tronik funk B : weapon of choice (it should have tronik funk / thugs) i don't really understand what happened with test and test blue actually weapon of choice is originally found on TB1 (test blue) b-side of TB1 is "The fuse" which is a track that we also found on the mispress of TEST004 but the more disturbing is what is the cat number that is imprint on the vinyls : on the test003 we have "TESTY003" on both sides on the TB1 we have "TESTY003" on the weapon-of-choice-side and "TEST4" on the the-fuze-side so, is my TB1's also a mispress, or is there any double mispress here ooh this just too weird for my square brain those things could push me two become a country-music-vinyl-collector damn, it seems dillinja just can't manage two labels with the same visual but different colors  cheers sch-pr Quote

haste Posted August 31, 2005 Report Posted August 31, 2005 A quick nugget of useless info, "Weapon Of Choice" was originally going to be Test 3. At the time Dillinja often put the names of the tracks whispered in the tunes (you can hear "Test two" in the intro of Fluid). Listen to just before the drop and what do you hear? "Test three..." No idea why they put it out on the Test Blue label Quote
