  1. Well they'd not exactly get much in royalties off it the way sales are these days!
  2. I used some of the twinkly synth sounds in the intro of this tune in: Serum - Only a Dream (Dread)
  3. There's an open terrorist style reece bass in this track that I'm 99% sure was used in Renegade - Dark Soldier (Dread) On the Vintage Dread CD you can hear the faint hihats in the background when this bass sound kicks in. It could possibly be the same one that's used in Terrorist
  4. It's originally from Quincy Jones - Razzamatazz He must have nicked it from Gza though, as it's got the vocal in there
  5. Serum - Switch I used the Guitar bits from the intro in this track
  6. Isn't this the one that the vocals from Bizarre Inc - Playing With Knives is sampled from I have samples of these that I downloaded from somewhere and the samples are called "Shelter vox" The woohoo vocal from the Prodigy track sounds similar
  7. The distorted synth hook from "Ususal Suspects - Spawn (Renegade Hardware)" is from this track
  8. The vocals in the intro are used in London's Most Wanted - Rasta Love (Chronic) and Equinox - Love thy Brother and 2 da Core - Love thy Brother I realise this is a dub of another tune but I saw the CD kicking around in Ray's studio and the sample is wide open. Visionary also possibly got someone to re-sing it for "Tempest" though it sounds very close ot the original.

    UB40 - King

Almost every sample from Sinister comes from this track (just been doing a remix of it!) The little piano skank at the start, the drum rolls and strange bleeping sound effects all come from here
  10. That vocal's also in Digital - Square Rock (Function)
  11. Friction - 3rd Degree Gurns (forthcoming on valve I think) Has the sample of Mr Big: "I'm sorry boys but there aint gonna be a sequel to this one"
  12. Ben Grimm - Dogs on the Set (24 Karat) Uses the chords at the start of this track, I'm sure there are more tunes that have this same sample
  13. **** ID's below for this thread The Hold it now sample is used in Fate - Step on (East Side) and The Joker - That's Played out (Joker) I'm sure there are tons more with this sample
  14. Malfoy - Lucky Numbers (Bounce recs) Uses the song about the number 12 from Sesame Street (you must know this one!) it's the main hook of the track. Quality sample!

    Narc

DJ Hazard - Busted (currently on dub) has the "You're Busted" sample when you arrest someone from this game I think the other samples like the "don't shoot" and "we're on our way" are from this too
  16. The "Do it Jah" vocal in the intro and throughout the song is used in Dark Syndicate - Do it Jah (Rising High) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FX3gB__JAfs
  17. "Andy C - Something New" has this sample too, it's one of the first sounds you hear
  18. 1 is DJ Hype - Coming in Good, the tune being mixed out of is Fierce & C4C - Carrier 2 is Roni Size - 26 Bass 3 is DJ Red - Enta Da Dragon (Twisted Individual Mix) off the 10 years of trouble EP 4 is just the original mix of Mampi Swift - Trippin, there is no Dillinja mix
  19. Ray Keith used the same sample as well as some of the other ones at the start of the track in "The Wobbler" on Chronic. You can also get a clean sample of this off a Bomb the Bass album, can't remember which one though
  20. The strings from the intro of these tunes comes from this film Double Zero - Gangsta Shit (Frontline) Rising Sun - Sym 2 (Mac II)
  21. TC - Game Over A better question would be what the fuck is the MC is saying. I honestly can't make any words out there
  22. There's only one mix of red alert & mike slammer's "The ride" listed on here which I think is the mix witht he 4/4 kick in it but there's another mix I've had on a tape for ages and I know it was released. I nearly bought this back in 95 and I'm kicking myself now! http://media.putfile.com/the-ride-57 The breaks and bass on the intro are amazing, I used to constantly rewind that first 30 seconds of the tune again and again
