I need your IDin' (everybody's gotta ID sometimes)

I heard this mix of "I need your lovin" about 10 years ago on the radio and I finally want to know what it is:

 

there's a break with the vocals "evreybody's gotta learn sometimes, everybody's gotta leeeeeeeaaaaaaarn sometimes", then humming bass for two bars, followed by a smurf-voice counting "1, 2, 3, 4" and the whole starts again with beat & bass, piano & singing "I need your lovin lalala ".

 

Can anyone tell me which mix this is?
