There's a Mampi Swift feature in Atmosphere magazine #39, July/August(?) 1997 where he mentions about this: "I've recently remixed a track called "Sonic Empire" by Westbam" In the same feature he mentions that he had a 6 track EP & CD signing with Parorusia, that doesn't seem to have come about?
