The_Manipulator
The tune is also on one of the "Ultimate Breaks & Beats", but was edited in such a way that the fill was removed...

Ornette
I was going to add that uses of this break all probably originate from Biz Markie - Pickin' Boogers but on further inspection this seems not to be correct! Usage of this break did start with this record, and went through:Soul II Soul - Keep On Movin' (hmmm I had to look twice at that... the version on the album doesn't use the break), then toDNA feat. Suzanne Vega - Tom's Diner. However these all seem to be seperate instances of the break, not all from the Biz Markie track as I originally assumed. The version on Bombscare (with the Funky President drum roll) looks like it comes from either:Richie Rich - You Used To Salsa bootleg or Klymaxx - Good Love from 1990 (thanks to mikeeee & blagdondjproducer). Interesting, Discogs lists that CAM001 bootleg as 1989 but i'd be inclined to believe that sampled from the Klymaxx 12" so a discrepancy there... However my main reason for posting is that I have spotted another use of the break and that is: Wax Doctor - What's Goin' Onhttp://www.rolldabeats.com/release/basement_records/brss027 Once again though, not certain this is clean from the record, and was going to post it probably samples from the extended intro to: The Flavor Unit - Flavor Unit Assassination Squad from this release here http://www.discogs.com/release/618610 (infact i'm certain of that now)
