Well I never!

Seems like the track details are not quite right. Should be as above.

I'm waiting on a label scan of the Xcelle tune - should confirm some producer/engineer details on that shortly

'Xcelle' seems to be the name of the female vocalist doing the cover version of "Why".

Matt Fletcher clearly shows involved with the creation of all 4 different tracks here. Still not too hot on making him a member of Rampage as such...

The bit about the "Monkees Remake", credited to Tony Gibber & Matt Fletcher:

I have thought about this for a while, and I have come the opinion that what this refers to is most likely a recreation of the original "(Hey Hey We're The) Monkees" song, done in order to get around a probable sample clearance rejection.

There is a good chance that this all came about as a impromptu "mash up" done 'live' in clubs by Rampage, mixing the original "(Hey Hey We're) The Monkees" track with a jungle tune of some sort (NLB14 maybe?), and after seeing the commercial potential decided to turn it into a proper single.

I have searched on Tony Gibber, and he kinda seems to be an old hand (aparently responsible for the 1990's TOTP theme music!) who similar to Matt Fletcher works behind the scenes with artists and bands, producing music in that way. (Not likely to be Treble T at all)

Correct name is Rampage The Label

Do you think it is worth putting Mike Anthony as the owner, as he is the main guy behind the Rampage franchise - seems likely he is the owner

RAMP002:

Corrected track title Immortal Kombat (not Immortal Combat)

RAMP001

Corrected track titles: Why (not WHY)

X:Cellent Flava (not Xcellent Flava)
