there has been a track around '97 aswell using that "drop" sample with breaks chopped up remarc played it in belgium 2 years ago and i have been wondering about it for a while, i relate this to whiplash aswell because of the sample but i guess i'm probably wrong does anyone know what track i'm talking about? i'll try to upload a sample by tonight

there are 2 or 3 releases of this tune, which is a bootleg remix except for that fact, only one of these releases is by the remixing producers i don't know which one but from what i heard in one of these "releases" you can clearly hear at the beginning aswell as at the end a mix with other tunes, which means the track is cut out of a set and a bootleg release

awesome bassline and ultra beautifull breakdown i got the repress from someone else from 2-3 years ago lying here but can anyone tell me if it's the full track? i also got number 1 and 2 here and at the end of the track (main tracks) the volume just gets lower at the end of the track, like on the jungle hits compilations i assume it's not the full versions that i might find on the original releases, even though some of those also had 2 tracks per side??

i just saw this label and ruffneck aren't on rdb, some ruffneck releases contained jungle on the b-sides and some hardcore tracks sampled stuff off ganjaman from krome & time, dubplate style from marvellous cain, bloodcloth heartattack from ed rush and so on so i think adding those could be pretty interesting i only got a few of those and not all contain jungle, also, enzyme is from the same owner if i'm not mistaken (the repress series for ruffneck f.e. is arranged by some italian guys) but i don't know if he really leads the label he does ruff-teck though and then there's ruffex and gangsta audiovisuals but ruffex only contains hardcore and i'm not familiar with gangsta audiovisuals and then ruff intelligenze but that's hardtrance all the same family anyway

no this is what caused the confusion the dance street release is being credited as a repress but nowhere does it say that there's 1 track different, and the first press is a white label, on my copy no stickers or anything giving any more info

J & J - Boom Boom this is correct(er) info the 2 tracks on side a are mixes of sweetest taboo although i'm not 100% sure about the "radio" and "edit" thing but the newest info i found describes it like that also on Boom Boom there's an mc singing, not sampled and i think it might be Killer Kid aswell but the track sounds too filtered to just compare it with Jungle-ism and asume that it's the same mc sorry for the previous uncorrect info

i haven't gone trough the whole topic so maybe it allready got asked but i was wondering if there shouldn't be some kind of way to let people know about new school jungle tracks mixing older or using the same samples for example: subnation "golden hen" twinhooker "golden dub" have used the same samples (slight difference in acapella but same artist/track) the newest version didn't sample off the first and i'm not sure if twinhooker was thinking about making the same track updated unlike renegade lighter by white lion soundsystem and tester's lightah on top ranking 2, which are 2 different (new school) takes on the classic i don't know how people here think about these kind of mixes, i wouldn't think they're bootlegs since they obviously add elements or leave out some maybe there should be an option to let people know some of these tracks are related, but not simply bootlegs?
