Some multiple and rather complex cat number corrections:

 

 

First thing is to note that up to #18, they appear on the label in the format: 0xxDJ

From #20 onwards they appear in the format: TD 0xx DJ

Each current entry in the database should be given a cat number alias to reflect this.

I'll check all my Tone Defs at home as well and fix any other cat no issues. It looks like we have the etchings and label ones the wrong way round on most releases
