That would suggest that the artist is "French Underground" an alias for Yomi Ayeni. Title is "Inspiree EP" not Inpsire

 

"Inspiree was the second musical outing for Tone Def Records. It was a 5 track e.p. with a remix of Thank God, several techno compositions and a bootleg remix of a Ryuichi Sakamoto track. Yomi met Ryuichi in Edinburgh and gave him a copy of the track."

 

In the audio part of the site it says that it's a 5-track EP. The mp3 that you can grab is called "Fall Down", presumably one of the tracks.

I think this should be a four track EP or there are two versions of the 12".

 

I'm not sure whether the b-sides are more mixes of the a-side or tracks by the French Underground. THe link would suggest taht they are separate tracks.
