I've put that last one as Olive as Fabio mentions it on one of Dombrowski's rips as Clive -Outlaw (PFM remix). Couldn't find this but there was an Olive tune with the same title around this time featuring a Roni Size remix.

 

Is this the same one as played Feb/Mar 97 where the id is unclear. Has it been confirmed?

Same tune, but still not 100% confirmed. You're probably right that Fabio made a mistake when he said it was Clive on another show and he should have said Olive.

This was called Sweet Sunshine on the logical progression cd released in 96. In fact the case even has a sticker "Special Limited Edition Double CD includes bonus track Sweet Sunshine". The cd version is not the same as the one played here.
