A second generation break which uses the original Amen break with an additional saxophone squeak (sampled from James Brown - Escape-ism) mixed in on the 8th beat of the bar. Simple but effective and sampled by many other producers.

I only heard that Mind Wreck remix for the first time, earlier this year. Awesome stuff.
