This was mentioned in an interview with one half of 2 Bad Mice that I read somewhere on the web (b2vos forum possibly?) The break is clean towards the end for sampling.

 

While I agree that the Jam break is in there, there's additional percussion added to, I'm sure. And the intro to 'funky president' is also used occasionally.

good topic- really hard to say who used it first but any way heres klymaxx- good love. this percapella version was used in loads rave tunes. possibly by 2 bad mice too as its clean as u like...
