Also, there's another track that samples this speech, in the bit that goes, "What you and I need to do is learn to forget our differences." It might actually be the same one as above, but I don't have that tune anymore so I can't check :mellow:

(The "wanted" part of the sample is chopped to "wan" so it sounds like "one")
