Seems like its the one, I can see what you mean though about it sounding like the 'It Gets No Rougher' beat, very similar sound

 

Edit: I'm wondering if it isn't actually another Hank / Keith Shocklee beat... I'm thinking Public Enemy Prophets Of Rage ?
