The_Manipulator Posted January 26, 2006 Report Posted January 26, 2006 Big up Music House!! The Jungalist video would suggest Congo Natty stuff is mastered there (at least the video was). Also, the cover photo's of Marv Cain's Dubplate Style are from Music House (and I know Cain cut there as I met him there). Just in case we want photo's of the studios as well I think the address is on the sticker they use. Will try to look it up... Quote
haste Posted January 26, 2006 Author Report Posted January 26, 2006 Congo Natty was definitely mastered there Quote

haste Posted January 26, 2006 Author Report Posted January 26, 2006 hehe That's the old address. They moved to Tottenham, I think Unit F - Ah, the memories Quote
DJ Influence Posted January 26, 2006 Report Posted January 26, 2006 Would love to get some tunes cut at Music House. Shame they don't have a website. Quote
haste Posted January 27, 2006 Author Report Posted January 27, 2006 There are much better places to get dubs cut. Music House was only really good because all the DJs used to hang around there and have a chat. Not sure that's the case there any more Quote
thijs Posted January 27, 2006 Report Posted January 27, 2006 not since the cd mixers came out... Quote
theorie Posted January 29, 2006 Report Posted January 29, 2006 I have a music house dubplate. It has some artwork, well, a label. Is it worth me scanning it? Or has someone already done one? Quote
The_Manipulator Posted January 30, 2006 Report Posted January 30, 2006 There are much better places to get dubs cut. Music House was only really good because all the DJs used to hang around there and have a chat. And cheap... GBP30 for both sides! Quote
MR2 Posted February 6, 2006 Report Posted February 6, 2006 Miss those hot summer hazey and smokey afternoons down Music House. What was the black guys name with the wellies? Mad Dean was it? Quote
