mrbison Posted June 5, 2008 Report Share Posted June 5, 2008 If I remember correctly Cuba Gooding (Senior) who made this track used to be in a soul group in the early 70s. Like I said you couldn't turn on pirates like JFM or Horizon in 1983 without hearing the 12inch of this track. I seem to remember it being one of the really popular sample sources from as early as about 1989 on the acid house scene before hardcore kicked in and being in a few more more obscure hardcore tracks but unfortunately cant remember which ones they were as I havent got any of the tapes anymore.
